central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television in the room and the good bed. a lot of appetising food. location adjacent to the common areas, and huge outlet mall. free parking on-site provided. caring and amiable staff with knowledge of the place.

It offers great location near to the restaurant, Val'Quirico or the outlets and huge outlet mall right on highway. The breakfast is good with lots of things to eat and drink😃❤

The GPS led us to a locked back entrance down a dirt road!!! Thin walls meant I had to listen to my neighbors' loud conversations and TV!!! Hallways stink of food, unpleasant!!!

The staff were attentive and helpful.

Access route was complicated.

I loved the indoor pool and the relaxing sun terrace for unwinding after a long day. Just be aware that the route to access the place is a bit tricky, but it's still worth it 😊

The staff were super friendly and gave us two drink vouchers at check-in, a nice touch. The breakfast was well arranged, and even when it got crowded, the manager handled it with grace, offering us coffee while we waited for more food.

The experience was really good. The buffet was diverse with so many options, my kids loved it, especially the pancakes and fresh fruit! The gym facilities were great, really excellent for a hotel.
